Photography has never been just about taking pictures. It has opened doors to seeing beyond what meets the eye, connecting with people, and finding purpose in preservation.
Thank you for exploring my work. Since founding my business in 1998, I’ve had the honor of photographing 900+ weddings, milestone celebrations, professional events, nonprofit missions, assignments, family portraits, and professional portraits & headshots! I’m deeply grateful for each opportunity.
I’m proud to be known for documenting events unobtrusively while remaining genuinely connected with the people I photograph. I continually challenge myself to look beyond the obvious and create work that feels authentic and emotionally honest. Bringing people joy through photography is at the heart of what I do — whether behind the camera or editing afterward (often with a smile from ear to ear).
One of the great honors of this work is hearing clients say their photographs help them remember not just how a moment looked, but how it felt — or that an image captured the spirit of someone they love. To me, that’s what it’s all about.
I enjoy sharing three decades of professional experience through private lessons, mentorship, and workshops for photographers of all skill levels, encouraging creative growth and observation.
Beyond photography, I’m Co-Founder and Board Secretary of the National Food Recovery Association. I also serve on the Rhode Island Food Policy Council and the Rhode Island Food Strategy. Through this work, I support food sustainability solutions to prevent wasted food, provide for people, and protect the planet.
Whether through photography or food recovery, my goal remains the same: to preserve what matters.
