Online editing session to select your favorite images and choose presentation options, including prints, albums, cards, and framing.
Travel within 60 miles of Providence, RI (and within 60 miles of Armonk, NY on select dates). Additional fees may apply outside of these areas.
Family Time (optional): Natural, unobtrusive photography capturing everyday moments before and/or after your session (separate from Extended Family Time, below).
Flexible scheduling, with approximately 20–60 minutes for individuals and 1–2 hours for children and families, depending on the number of subjects and the natural flow of your session.
Portrait Sessions
One subject — $700
2-8 subjects — $950
9-15 subjects — $1,200
Optional Add-On — Extended Family Time: $400
Sessions typically include a touch of Family Time alongside portraits. Adding Extended Family Time allows this to become a meaningful focus — capturing the small, everyday moments that shape your family’s story. It also helps build comfort and connection, especially with young children. Images from this time are often among the most treasured!
The Process
Here’s what you can expect from your family and children’s portrait experience:
1. Booking & Reservation
A signed agreement followed by a $500 retainer are required to reserve your session. Returning clients receive 15% off when no other offers are applied, which will be deducted from your balance.
2. Pre-Session Questionnaire & Guidance
You’ll complete a detailed Info Form 3–6 weeks prior to your session. I’ll also share thoughtful guidance on wardrobe, hair, and makeup to help you feel prepared and at ease.
3. Photography Review
I’ll follow up with any questions or ideas based on your form, and we can connect virtually or by phone to finalize the details together.
4. Portrait Session Day

5. Initial Delivery
Your online gallery will be available 1–4 weeks after your session. It includes watermarked lightly edited proofs and fully edited images ready for download and sharing.
6. Album & Print Design
When you’re ready, we’ll meet for an online editing session to select your favorite images and choose presentation options, including prints, albums, cards, and framing. I recommend starting 2–3 months after your session — while the memories are still fresh, with time for the images to truly resonate.
7. Final Deliverables
Print orders are delivered within 2–8 weeks. Final albums arrive approximately 2–6 months after design approval. Custom Heirloom albums typically take 5–6 months, while Fine Art albums — most popular for family sessions — are completed in 2–4 months. High-resolution files are delivered upon album completion.
