Terms & Policies

A deposit or payment is required to reserve your date, as outlined in your service agreement. Remaining balances are due according to the terms of that agreement. Dates are not confirmed until the required payment has been received.

Each project is approached with care and attention to detail. The initial preview selection and delivery are made at the Photographer’s artistic discretion. All subsequent image selections and final delivery are a collaborative process between the Photographer and the Client.

Delivery times vary by service and will be outlined at booking. Prints, albums, framing, and other products have separate production timelines.

Because photography dates and lesson times are reserved specifically for each client, deposits are generally non-refundable. Rescheduling policies vary by service and are outlined in your agreement. I understand that circumstances can change, and I’ll work with you to determine the best available alternative when possible.

If circumstances beyond the Photographer’s reasonable control prevent a service from taking place, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule or provide an appropriate alternative.

Dana Siles Photographer retains copyright and ownership of all photographs and original files.

Usage rights vary by service and are outlined in the applicable agreement. Delivery of photographs does not transfer copyright or ownership. Images may not be sold, licensed, submitted for publication or commercial use, or otherwise distributed beyond the granted usage without prior written permission.

Images and materials created by Dana Siles Photographer may not be submitted to artificial intelligence or machine-learning systems for training, dataset inclusion, image generation, stylistic replication, facial recognition, or creation of derivative works without prior written permission.
