Together, we create a body of work that reflects this milestone in your life and the lives of those you love. I take a thoughtful, hands-on approach throughout the process, with clear communication from start to finish. The more I understand your story, your event, and your vision, the more intentionally I can shape both your experience and the final collection. My approach is primarily unobtrusive, with gentle direction when it serves the moment.
Choose from Coverage & Prints or Complete Collections, each fully customizable. Whether your event is under six hours or spans multiple days, we’ll find the right fit. For smaller gatherings, explore Intimate Events, designed for shorter celebrations with 50 guests or fewer. Albums, artwork, and enhancements like film photography, extended coverage, and a second photographer, are available à la carte or may be built into a custom collection.
3% of profits from each commission is donated to a nonprofit of your choice.

Hours may be divided across up to two days of service (for example, wedding day coverage and a rehearsal dinner).
Travel
Included within 90 miles of Providence, RI (including Cape Cod and the Islands), and within 60 miles of Armonk, NY on select dates.

The Process
Booking & Reservation
A 50% retainer and a signed agreement are required to reserve your date. If you’re still deciding which option is right for you, a $4,000 retainer is also acceptable. Returning clients receive a 10% discount.
Pre-Event Planning
All clients complete a detailed Info Form 1-4 months prior to the event. Based on your Info Form, I’ll create your Photography Confirmation for us to review together virtually or during your site check.
Wedding or Event Day
The best part!
Initial Delivery
An Early Preview featuring 10+ fully edited images will be delivered within five business days of your wedding or event. Your complete online gallery of high-resolution, downloadable, and shareable images will be delivered within 2–6 weeks of your event.
Coverage Clients: Dana’s signature glass box of curated prints is delivered within 2–6 weeks of your event.
Complete Collection Clients: Fully assembled Acrylic Floating Frame is delivered within 2–6 weeks of your event.
Album & Print Design
When you’re ready, we’ll begin your Album & Print Planning. I recommend starting 3–5 months after your event so your album is ready in time for your one-year anniversary (if applicable).
Final Deliverables
Print orders are delivered in 2–8 weeks. Approximately 2–6 months after your album design is approved, you’ll receive your finished album(s). Note: Custom Heirlooms average 5–6 months; Fine Art albums average 2–4 months.
