Guests have traveled from near and far, and for many, it’s the first opportunity to wrap their arms around the couple they’ve been looking forward to celebrating. They’ve anticipated this moment since they RSVP’d. There’s a tangible sense of joy and excitement as everyone finally comes together.

For the couple, months of planning suddenly become real as they look around the room and see everyone they love together in one place. You can feel that energy — the excitement, anticipation, and gratitude happening all at once.

I love photographing these occasions because they’re where the excitement of the couple and the excitement of the people who love them finally meet. It is truly special to witness.
