Every event includes a discovery meeting, thoughtful planning, flexible coverage, a curated online gallery, and personalized support in selecting images for your organization's intended use.
Process
discover.
We’ll discuss your event goals, schedule, guest experience, key moments, location, and intended image use. I’ll then prepare an Event Confirmation outlining the timeline, responsibilities, shot list, group photographs, and other important details. We’ll review everything together, and a site visit can be arranged when helpful.
create.
You’ll receive unobtrusive coverage focused on documenting the people, purpose, and energy of your event. I’ll capture key moments, interactions, and details while remaining flexible and attentive to the flow of the event.
deliver.
You’ll receive an Early Preview shortly after your event. The complete online gallery will follow and includes Dana’s Selects to help guide final image selections. Additional fully edited images with subtle retouching are available after your selections are received.
Planning

Together, we'll determine the coverage that best fits your goals, schedule, audience, and intended image use. We'll also discuss whether a second photographer would be beneficial before creating a customized proposal.

Preparation begins well before your event. We'll review the schedule, key moments, locations, group photographs (when applicable), and logistical details to ensure everyone is on the same page before the day begins.

I'm happy to coordinate with planners, venues, producers, marketing teams, public relations staff, and other key contacts to ensure your event photography integrates seamlessly into the schedule while supporting the priorities of everyone involved.

A certificate of insurance (COI) is available upon request and is standard operating procedure for many professional venues and organizations.

You'll receive an Early Preview of at least 10 fully edited images within three business days, followed by a complete online gallery of high-resolution JPG files within 5–15 business days. Rush delivery is available upon request.
