NEGATIVES
All Negatives

For clients whose complete set of negatives is currently archived by Dana. Includes all original negatives, packaged in an archival box, with guidance for proper long-term storage.

HIGH RESOLUTION FILES & SCANS
Custom Scans
Recommended for Important Photographs
$50 per scan
For the images you want to preserve at the highest quality. Includes a consultation to select individual frames, followed by high-quality scanning and high-resolution, 300 DPI, print-ready JPG files created from scanned TIF files.
Minimum order of 3 frames. Discounted rates available for 5+ frames.

High-Resolution JPGs
2006–2011 Clients Only
$125
Includes high-resolution JPG files of most or all frames from your negatives. While these files don't offer the same level of detail as Custom High-Resolution Scans, they provide a cost-effective option for digitally archiving your photographs, either alongside or in place of preserving your negatives or custom scans. Files are delivered without color or density correction. Partial or complete correction is available upon request for an additional fee.

Digital Contact Sheets
$15 each
A digital set of contact sheets for easy viewing and selecting. Marked frames can highlight suggested scans based on your original selections and/or album images.
Includes a consultation to help select images for digital archiving. Discounted rates are available for 10 or more contact sheets.
Best for Dana’s clients who no longer have their original contact sheets.
