The Process
Booking & Reservation
A signed agreement and $500 retainer are required to reserve your session. Returning clients receive 15% off when no other offers apply, deducted from the remaining balance.
Session Planning
You'll complete a detailed questionnaire before your session. We'll then connect by phone or virtually to discuss ideas, finalize the details, and answer any questions. I'll also provide guidance on wardrobe, hair, and makeup so you feel prepared, comfortable, and confident.

Initial Delivery
Receive 5+ fully edited images within five business days. Your complete online gallery follows within 1–4 weeks, including high resolution, downloadable and shareable files, plus a curated collection of Dana's Selects to help guide your final image selections.
Album & Print Planning
When you're ready, we'll meet virtually or in person to select your favorite images and explore presentation options, including prints, albums, cards, and framing. I recommend beginning 1–2 months after your session, while the memories are still fresh and the images have had time to resonate.
Final Deliverables
Print orders are delivered within 2–8 weeks. Albums are typically delivered 2–6 months after design approval. Custom Heirloom Albums generally require 4–6 months, while Fine Art Albums — most popular for family sessions — are typically completed in 2–4 months.
