Base Rate: $2,500 (up to three hours)

Includes:

• Minimum of 100 fully edited, unique photos

• Travel within 90 miles of Providence, RI (and within 60 miles of Westchester County, NY on select dates)

• A curated gallery with all high-resolution files (no watermark, suitable for print and web) and low-resolution files (with subtle watermark, optimized for social media)

• Thoughtful pre-event planning to align with your goals

• A mix of candid moments and posed images, including portraits of speakers, teams, and honorees

Optional add-ons:

• Extended coverage starting at $800/hour

• A second photographer for expanded coverage

• Film photography

• Custom prints, albums, and display pieces
