Base Rate: $4,500
Includes:
Up to four hours of coverage
A minimum of 100 fully edited, unique photos
Travel within 90 miles of Providence, including all of Cape Cod and the Islands; and within 60 miles of Westchester County, NY on select dates
A curated gallery with:
All high-resolution, print- and web-ready files (no watermark)
Low-resolution, subtly watermarked files optimized for social media
Thoughtful pre-event planning to align with your goals
A mix of candid moments and posed images, including portraits of speakers, teams, and honorees
Optional add-ons:
Extended coverage starting at $800/hour
Second photographer for expanded coverage — recommended for events with 250+ guests or when groupings are needed during the event. Rates vary based on your specific needs.
