Negatives and High-Resolution Scans
For Wedding, Event, and Portrait Clients with Film Photography

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of photographing many meaningful milestones on film. As I begin to downsize my archive, my goal is to make sure these original negatives remain with the individuals, couples, and families they belong to. I believe strongly in the importance of preserving your original negatives, and preservation tips are included. All Negatives — $250

For clients whose complete set of negatives is currently archived by Dana. Includes all original negatives, packaged in an archival box, with guidance for proper long-term storage.

Select Negatives — $150

For clients who already have most of their negatives, with only select frames remaining in Dana’s archive. Includes the remaining original negatives, archivally packaged and shipped with storage guidance.

High-Resolution JPGs (2006–2011 Clients Only) — $125

Includes high resolution JPG files of most or all of your negative frames. While these files do not offer the same level of detail as Custom High Resolution Scans, they provide a cost effective option for digitally archiving your photographs, either alongside or in place of preserving your negatives or ordering individual scans. Files are delivered without color or density correction; however, partial or complete correction is available upon request for an additional fee.

Custom High-Res Scans (Recommended Add-On) — Starting at $50 per frame

Includes a consultation to select frames for digital archiving, with high resolution 300 DPI print ready JPG files. Minimum order of 3 frames; discounted rates for 5+ frames.

TURNAROUND TIMES

Negatives without scans: 2–4 weeks
Negatives with scans: 4-8 weeks
High Resolution JPGs: 1–2 weeks, delivered through an online gallery for easy downloading (available for 4 weeks).
Custom High Resolution Scans: 4–8 weeks, delivered through an online gallery for easy downloading (available for 4 weeks).
